What Scrimba is

Scrimba teaches web development, JavaScript, React, Python and AI engineering through interactive screencasts, where learners can pause the video and edit the code on screen. Its affiliate program is called Scrimbassadors.

What it pays

Scrimba pays 30% of every payment during a subscriber's first 12 months. Your audience also gets an extra 20% off the learner subscription, currently called Pro, which gives you a discount to offer as well as a link.

Scrimba's own example: if three friends subscribe at $20 a month, you earn up to $216 over twelve months. That is 30% of $60 a month, for a year.

The rules

Scrimba's affiliate terms are short and strict:

• No self referrals. Detected self referrals lead to a permanent ban and lost commission.
• No paid ads that compete with Scrimba, including search ads on its brand or domain and Facebook ads.
• No fake discounts on coupon sites, and no spam promotion on Discord or similar platforms.
• No posing as Scrimba staff.
