What if my program is rejected?

We reject programs that have closed, have unverifiable terms, run on unregulated networks with payout reliability concerns, or operate in categories we do not list (adult, unregulated crypto, predatory lending). Rejections come with a brief written reason. Resubmission is allowed once the underlying issue is fixed.

Do I need to provide my affiliate ID or use your link?

No. You provide the public signup URL for your program. We may add our affiliate referral link to it where the network allows directory referrals. If your network does not allow it, we link directly to your signup page with no commission for us. Either way, your listing is free and includes everything.

Being honest about this saves you a rejection email and saves us review time.

Programs that have closed or stopped paying within the last 12 months
Programs whose terms cannot be verified against a public source
Adult, unregulated crypto, or predatory lending programs (specialist directories handle these)
Pure CPA offers without a real product (OfferVault is the right place)
Networks with C minus or worse reliability scores unless the program itself has strong direct payment history
Multi level marketing structured as affiliate (real two tier programs are different from MLM and we explain why on the methodology page)

What happens after you submit

We pull up your public affiliate page, cross check your terms against any network records, search community payout reports if available, and decide approve or reject.

If approved: writeup

An editor writes the 2000 word review with your specs, pros and cons, FAQ, and competitive positioning. We don't run press releases verbatim. Editorial is editorial.

Within 24 more hours: live

The page goes live at affiliatejob.org/programs/[your-slug]. We email you the URL with the schema markup details so you can validate or share it.

30 to 60 days later: re verified

The listing is checked again. If your terms changed (commission, cookie, payout method), the listing updates with a new "last verified" date. If they have not changed, we just stamp the new verification date.

FAQ for program owners

Is submission really free with no signup?

Yes. Standard listings are free forever. No signup required. No credit card. No payment of any kind to be listed. Featured tier is optional and clearly separated.

How long until my program is listed?

Manual review within 48 hours. Approved listings live within 24 hours after that. Total: typically 24 to 72 hours from submission to live page.

Can I edit my listing after it goes live?

Yes. Email [email protected] with corrections or updates. We update within 48 hours. Major changes (new commission rate, cookie change) are reflected immediately because we want the data accurate.

Will you write a positive review of my program?

We will write an honest review. If your program is competitive, the review will reflect that. If your program has weak parts, the review will note them. Programs that try to influence editorial via featured listing payment get rejected immediately and the email response explains why.

What schema markup do you add?

Product, Review, FAQPage (with at least 8 FAQs specific to your program), BreadcrumbList, and Organization. Once you accumulate community votes you also get AggregateRating. All schema is server rendered HTML so AI crawlers can read it.

Do you accept agencies submitting on behalf of clients?

Yes. Use your own contact email. Note in the form that you're an agency representing the program. We may email the program directly to verify before approval.

What if my program is on multiple networks?

List the primary network in the form. Mention the others in the notes field. We can include multiple network options on your listing if it's accurate.

Can I pay for a positive review?

No. Featured listing buys placement and visibility, not editorial spin. The featured tag is shown on every featured listing so visitors know which placements are paid. Editorial conclusions are written by editors who don't see who paid for featured.
