Direct email

The fastest way to reach us is direct email at [email protected]. We answer within one business day on weekdays. Weekend emails answered Monday morning.

For corrections, please include the URL of the page with the issue and the specific data you think is wrong. Screenshots help. Don't stress about formatting, we read everything.

For featured listing inquiries, mention the program name in your first email so we can review the listing before responding. We sometimes decline featured for programs whose underlying data quality concerns us. The featured tier is real money and we want both sides to be happy with the placement.

What to expect

Response time: within one business day on weekdays. Weekend messages get answered Monday. We're a small team, not a 24/7 support operation.

Corrections: verified factual errors get fixed within 48 hours. Editorial disagreements (where you don't like our review but the data is correct) get a polite reply explaining our position. Editorial judgment is not negotiable but data is.

Featured listings: we typically reply within one business day with the placement options, payment details, and a quick sanity check on your underlying data. Setup takes 1 to 3 days from agreement to live featured tag.

Press: we share aggregated data (commission trends, network reliability changes, two tier program adoption) freely with journalists and researchers. Specific program data is in the public directory. Individual community payout reports are not shared because they're submitted anonymously.

Partnerships: we evaluate based on audience overlap and editorial alignment. We don't do reciprocal link deals that compromise editorial. Real partnerships (joint content, co hosted events, data sharing) are welcome.

What we don't respond to

For affiliates submitting payout data

If you want to contribute to network reliability scores by submitting a payout report, the data we need is minimal: program name or network, payment date, scheduled date if it differed from actual, payment method (PayPal, wire, etc.), and any notes about the experience (delays, support responsiveness, dispute outcomes).

Personal information is not required. Affiliate IDs and dollar amounts can be redacted. We use the data in aggregate, never publish individual reports, and never share with the program being reported on. The full process is described in the methodology page.
