What it is

Stagingmate is AI virtual staging for real estate photos. You upload a photo of an empty or cluttered room, pick one of 12 styles such as Japandi, Coastal or Farmhouse, and download a staged, MLS ready image in under a minute. It keeps the walls, floors, windows and fixtures as photographed and only adds furniture and decor. Plans start at $19 a month for 25 photos, and new users can stage 3 photos free.

What it pays

Affiliates earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes for their first 12 months, covering subscriptions, renewals and credit packs. On the $99 a month Pro plan that is about $29.70 a month per customer for a year.

Tracking and payment

The referral window is 90 days, so anyone who buys within three months of clicking your link counts. Approval is instant. Payouts are made on NET 30 terms, straight to your bank account or by PayPal. Your dashboard tracks clicks, sign ups and earnings.
