The MyMemoryDrop affiliate program pays 15% to 25% direct by rank, plus 5% to 10% recurring, has a 365 day cookie window and runs via In house.
MyMemoryDrop runs their affiliate program in house. This is a recurring commission, so you keep earning while the referred customer stays subscribed. The program does not state a cap, so confirm one is not applied. There is also a two-tier component: Yes, 5 levels on paid ranks.
MyMemoryDrop: 15% to 25% on a 365 day cookie, but the best rates cost 49 or 99 euros up front
What MyMemoryDrop is
MyMemoryDrop is a QR code guest gallery. An event host puts a code on a table or a sign, guests scan it and upload photos, videos and messages from any phone with no app to install, and everything lands in one private gallery the host keeps. It is sold to weddings, hotels, restaurants, festivals, corporate events, schools and venues. The program is run in house by JDMWEBS, a Belgian company registered as BE0647492420 in Steendorp, and the affiliate terms are dated 19 August 2026.
Prices are in euros and shown including VAT: one time events at €199, €249 and €299, and recurring venue plans from €199, €299 and €399 a month. Commission is calculated on the net amount excluding VAT, which is what makes the real numbers below smaller than the sticker prices suggest.
Three affiliate ranks, two of them paid
This is the part to understand before anything else. Your commission rate is set by a rank you buy, not by your performance.
| Rank | Activation | Direct | Recurring and lifetime | Network levels |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | Free | 15% | 5% | None |
| Premium | €49 once | 20% | 7.5% | 5 / 4 / 3 / 2 / 1% |
| First Class | €99 once | 25% | 10% | 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 2% |
Paid ranks also come with sales material: an objection handling guide and a cheat sheet at Premium, plus ready made social posts and messenger scripts at First Class. The terms say plainly that paying an activation fee guarantees no earnings, referrals, sales or commissions, and that no commission of any kind is paid on those activation fees.
Work out the break even before you pay. At Premium the extra 5 points on a direct sale of a €199 event is about €8 net, so the €49 is back after roughly six sales. At First Class the extra 10 points is about €16, so €99 takes about six sales too. Below that volume, Basic leaves you better off.
What a sale actually pays
Commission is calculated on the net amount excluding VAT. Their own worked example uses a €100 sale at 21% VAT, which is €82.64 net, paying €12.40 at Basic, €16.53 at Premium and €20.66 at First Class.
| Sale | Net excl. 21% VAT | Basic 15% | First Class 25% |
|---|---|---|---|
| One time event, €199 | €164.46 | €24.67 | €41.12 |
| One time event, €299 | €247.11 | €37.07 | €61.78 |
| Venue plan, €199 a month | €164.46 | €24.67 first month | €41.12 first month |
Those net figures assume the 21% Belgian rate. The terms note the applicable rate varies by product, customer and country, so treat them as the shape of the numbers rather than a quote.
The recurring side is where a venue account gets interesting. A monthly plan pays the direct rate on the qualifying initial sale, then 5% to 10% of net on eligible recurring payments for as long as the customer stays attributed to you. On a €199 a month plan that is roughly €8 to €16 every month. One hotel or restaurant that stays a year is worth more than several one off weddings.
The multi level part, read carefully
Premium and First Class can recruit sub affiliates and earn across five levels. The crucial detail is the base: those percentages are paid on the commission the downstream affiliate earned, not on the sale price. Their own example is a downline affiliate earning €40 commission, which pays a Premium sponsor €2 at level one and a First Class sponsor €4.
So the override is small per sale and needs a genuinely active network to add up. Two rules keep it on the right side of the line, and the terms state both: nobody is paid for recruiting, registering or activating another affiliate, and no override is paid on the €49 or €99 activation fees. Generating commission mainly through recruitment rather than sales is listed as prohibited conduct.
Note that the submission recorded no second tier. The published terms do describe one for the two paid ranks, so we have listed it as present.
Tracking and getting paid
The referral window is 365 days, which is long and suits event planning, where a wedding or a venue contract is researched months before it is booked. The terms are honest that tracking depends on cookies and browsers, and that attribution can be lost or reassigned if cookies are cleared or blocked, the customer switches device, or a later valid attribution applies.
Commission becomes payable 15 days after the sale, a short hold by any standard. The minimum payout is €50, payouts are made on request rather than automatically, and balances under the minimum stay in the account. The submitter states PayPal and Stripe as payout methods; the terms say only that available methods can change by country and provider, so confirm your method before you pay for a rank.
Refunds, chargebacks, cancelled orders, self referrals and fraudulent transactions pay nothing, partial refunds cut the commission proportionally, and already paid commission can be deducted from future earnings.
The rules
- No paid advertising at all without prior written permission. Google, Microsoft, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, paid search, paid social and display are all named. This is stricter than the usual brand bidding ban and rules out paid traffic as your channel.
- No bidding on the brand, its misspellings, product names or JDMWEBS.
- No coupon, cashback or deal sites without written approval, and no invented or expired discount codes.
- Email marketing is allowed with proper consent, and spam is not. You may not imply the message came from MyMemoryDrop.
- Disclose the affiliate relationship where the law requires it.
- No self referrals, including through a household member, second account or company.
- You handle your own tax and VAT. The terms repeat that joining implies no check of your tax, VAT or business registration status, and that payouts can be held until identity or business details are verified.
Who this suits
Wedding planners, photographers, videographers, DJs and venue suppliers who are already in the room when the decision is made. The product is an easy add on to something a client has already booked, and a recommendation from the person running the event carries more weight than any ad.
It also suits anyone with a line into hotels, restaurants, festivals or venue groups, because the monthly plans are the only part of this program that pays you again next month.
It suits you badly if you rely on paid traffic, coupon or deal audiences, or a general consumer audience with no event angle. It is also a poor fit if you dislike paying to earn a higher rate, because the best rates here are behind a fee.
The honest read
Ungraded for now. A Program Score follows a record of cleared payouts, and this is a young in house program from a small Belgian operator.
What is strong: a 365 day cookie; a 15 day hold, which is far shorter than the 30 to 90 days most programs impose; a €50 minimum; recurring and lifetime commission on monthly plans; complete written terms including a named company and registration number; a worked VAT example; and explicit rules that no commission is paid for recruiting anyone.
What to weigh: the two better rates cost €49 and €99 up front, with no guarantee attached; commission is calculated after VAT, so a €199 sale pays about €25 at Basic rather than €30; all paid advertising is banned without permission; payouts are by request rather than automatic and can be held pending verification; the five level structure pays on other affiliates' commission, so it is worth much less than the percentages suggest at a glance; payout methods are not fixed in the terms; and we cannot yet verify the payment record.
Our take: a fair, clearly written program whose value depends entirely on whether you sell events for a living. If you do, start at Basic, sell a handful, and only buy a rank once your own numbers say the fee pays for itself. Chase the monthly venue plans rather than one off weddings, and treat the network levels as a small bonus rather than a reason to join.
Common questions

Does it cost anything to join? Basic is free. Premium costs €49 once and First Class €99 once, and no commission is paid on those fees.
Is the commission recurring? Yes on qualifying recurring plans, at 5% to 10% of the net amount for as long as the customer stays attributed to you. One time events pay once.
How long is the cookie? 365 days, subject to cookies surviving and no later valid attribution applying.
What is the minimum payout? €50. Commission becomes payable 15 days after the sale and payouts are made on request.
