What Power CM Software is
Power CM Software is a portfolio of 20 web and desktop apps sold under one partner program. Each product has its own website and its own plans. The collection spans work planning (the Borative workspace and project hub, and the Flytivy AI planner), AI tools (a Flytivy writing assistant and a desktop knowledge vault), business tools (Stock & Margin, EU Commerce Desk, Product Passport Base and the QbitMarketHub marketplace), everyday tools for personal finance, energy bills and warranties, two Bitcoin mining tools and four NFT discovery directories.
The program terms name the operator as Carlos Monzon, trading as Power CM Software, in Dresden, Germany, and German law governs them. So despite the portfolio's size, legally this is a sole trader rather than a limited company, which is worth knowing before you commit to promoting it.
The rates
| What you refer | What you earn | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| A subscription to an enabled product | 25% of each eligible net payment | 12 calendar months from the first actual payment |
| A one-time purchase of an enabled product | 20% of the eligible net amount | Once |
| A creator who sells on QbitMarketHub | 1% of that creator's eligible net sales | 4 calendar years from their verified signup |
The terms are precise about the 12 months, and precise in ways that matter. It is 12 calendar months, not 12 payments. A free trial or a zero value invoice does not start the clock, and pauses, renewals and refunds do not restart it. So a customer who pays for six months, pauses, then comes back is still on the original 12 month clock, which does not restart. You also do not need to keep publishing during those 12 months to earn on payments already attributed to you.
The base excludes taxes and discounts. Refunds reduce commission proportionally rather than wiping it out, and disputes may hold or reverse it.
The QbitMarketHub angle
This is the unusual part of the program. QbitMarketHub is a marketplace for AI agents, workflows, prompts and templates. Refer someone who sells there, and you earn 1% of their eligible sales, renewals included, for four years from the day they sign up.
The terms explain where that 1% comes from: QbitMarketHub charges sellers a 4% fee, and the partner's 1% is paid out of it, with the other 3% kept by Qbit. It is not an extra charge on the creator, which makes it an honest thing to recommend. The terms are also candid that such a low fee means the opportunity depends entirely on how much your referred creators actually sell. One busy creator could be worth something over four years. A dozen idle ones will be worth nothing.
Not every product earns
This is the clause to read twice. The terms state that products without an active integration are identified in the catalogue, and that sharing them does not promise a commission. So some of the 20 products can be promoted but will not pay you, and which ones those are is only visible inside the partner catalogue after you join.
The terms also exclude Bitcoin mining rewards from commission. Check the catalogue before you write about any product, and build your content around the ones marked as enabled.
Attribution
The first valid referral wins, and it is tied to the customer's verified registration, or to their first verified purchase for products without accounts, within 30 days after the click. The terms make a helpful point that is often misunderstood elsewhere: the date you created a link is not the window, the click and the conversion are.
Browser restrictions, switching devices or declining storage can break attribution, and sales are not credited on screenshots, statements or uploaded contact lists. Self-purchases, duplicate accounts and fabricated registrations earn nothing.
One trap to avoid: if you delete a campaign or an ecosystem in your workspace and confirm the warning, its links stop earning on future payments and renewals, even links you shared long ago. Commission already earned stays, but tidying up your dashboard can quietly cut off a subscription that was still paying you. Leave old campaigns in place.
Getting paid
Commission becomes available 30 days after an eligible payment, unless there is a refund, a dispute or a justified review. You can then request a withdrawal from USD 25, or the equivalent in euros at the latest ECB reference rate. Balances in different currencies stay separate, and nothing is converted automatically.
A withdrawal request is not a payment. The team checks your details, then records the payment or asks for clarification, so allow for a manual step. You need a valid payout account and applicable tax details, and any transfer costs are communicated before the transfer.
There is also a stablecoin option: USDC for dollar balances or EURC for euro balances, on Base or Ethereum. The team confirms the amount, token, network, address and costs before sending, and confirmed transfers cannot be reversed. It is a useful route for partners in countries where ordinary bank payouts are awkward, provided you understand wallets and networks. A later refund can leave a negative balance, which is offset against future commission.
The partner workspace
Partners get more than a link generator. The workspace includes an AI content kit, product learning prompts, a place to keep prospects and tasks, campaign links, and commission tracking. You can invite team members with limited permissions to work on tasks and contacts, though every commission belongs to the owning account and the program does not split income between team members.
The terms put a sensible guardrail on the AI side: you may use AI to prepare demos and content, but you must check accuracy before publishing and must not present a simulated demo as a feature that exists.
The rules
- Disclose the commission clearly, with the content or link, including in videos and on social media.
- No spam, scraped or purchased lists, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- No forced cookies, hidden redirects, automated traffic or techniques that replace another partner's referral.
- No fake reviews, fabricated testimonials or income promises.
- No confusing use of the trademarks in ads, domains or campaigns without written authorisation.
Terms that protect earned commission
For a program this young, the terms are careful about what happens when things change. A sale keeps the rate recorded when it was generated, and a catalogue update does not change commission already accrued. Material changes are communicated before they take effect. A planned permanent withdrawal of a product is announced at least 30 days in advance, and withdrawing a product does not cancel attributions already made, including QbitMarketHub's four years.
Who this suits
Power CM pitches the program at people who know their way around AI tools, and that fits. The strongest openings are productivity and AI tool reviewers who can pick the enabled products their readers need, creators with Spanish-speaking audiences, since the whole site runs in English and Spanish, and anyone advising EU sellers, where EU Commerce Desk and Product Passport Base address real compliance work.
It suits you badly if you want one flagship product to build a channel around, if you need lifetime recurring commission, or if you would rather not have Bitcoin mining and NFT products sitting in the same catalogue as the tools you recommend.
The honest read
Ungraded for now. The current terms are dated 11 September 2026, the day this program was submitted, and there is no track record of payouts to grade.
What is strong: the terms are detailed and fair, 25% for 12 months is a solid rate that you keep earning without republishing, refunds reduce commission proportionally rather than erasing it, the minimum payout is low at USD 25, and earned commission is protected against later catalogue changes. The QbitMarketHub 1% for four years is a genuinely creative idea, honestly explained.
What to weigh: a sole trader behind 20 products leaves depth of support and the lifespan of any single product as open questions; not every product pays, and you only find out which inside the dashboard; commission ends after 12 months; payouts involve a manual step; and six of the 20 products are crypto-related.
Our take: join, open the catalogue, and shortlist the enabled products that genuinely fit your audience. Promote two or three of them well rather than the whole collection, keep your campaigns rather than deleting them, and treat QbitMarketHub as a bonus that only matters if you know creators who will actually sell.
