TvojeData.cz: 20% of margin, six ways to partner, and terms that respect partners
What TvojeData.cz is
TvojeData.cz sells data eSIMs for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and travel abroad, with no long-term commitment, through its website and iOS and Android apps. Plans start from 99 CZK, and there is a Flex option where data renews every 30 days. The service and its partner program are operated by Byte development s.r.o., a company registered in Brno under company ID 21661235.
For an affiliate the product is easy to explain. Anyone travelling needs mobile data, an eSIM avoids roaming charges and a physical SIM swap, and the purchase is small and made shortly before a trip. That makes it a natural fit for travel content published close to the moment someone is packing.
The number that matters: 20% of margin, not of the sale
This is the first thing to understand, and to their credit TvojeData says it plainly in both the partner page and the terms. The standard 20% is calculated on the order's contribution margin, not on what the customer pays.
The terms define that margin as the amount actually charged, minus the trusted provider cost from a locked pricing snapshot, minus payment costs, all before affiliate commission. Where no usable snapshot exists, a controlled cost estimate is used instead. So if an order leaves CZK 100 of margin, you earn CZK 20, whatever the customer paid.
What TvojeData does not publish is the typical margin on a plan, and it would be unusual for any reseller to. Their own worked example on the partner page uses order margins of roughly CZK 90 to 250, which would mean roughly CZK 18 to 50 per order at the standard rate. They label that example as illustrating the calculation rather than forecasting earnings, and it should be read the same way. The honest summary is that individual commissions here are small, and the program works on volume.
Six ways to partner, each with its own rate
Most programs offer one link. TvojeData offers six models, and the rate follows the channel the sale actually came through.
| Model | Suits | What you earn |
|---|---|---|
| Affiliate link | Creators, travel blogs, comparison sites, communities | 20% of margin |
| Widget | E-shops, blogs, booking and checkout pages | 20% of margin |
| Discount code | Price-sensitive audiences and deal groups | 15% of margin, part of which funds the customer discount |
| QR stand | Hotel receptions, visitor centres, retail | 25% of margin |
| White label childpanel | Travel agencies, hostels, relocation services | 35% commission, or 60% of your markup, after approval |
| API reseller | Platforms and B2B resellers | Wholesale pricing from a prepaid wallet, up to 15% off after approval |
The link and widget activate immediately. The childpanel, API and wholesale models are separate business agreements that need individual approval and security checks before anything is switched on.
Two of these deserve a closer look. The QR stand is a genuinely unusual idea: a hotel or tourist office places a scannable stand, a guest buys on the spot, and the partner earns 25% of margin with no website at all. The childpanel is an eSIM shop under your own brand, domain and colours, where TvojeData runs checkout, payment, delivery, invoicing and support. For a travel agency, that is a product line without building one.
How the discount code works
The discount code model is worth understanding before you use it, because it is not free money for your audience. A commission-funded coupon has a single pool, calculated once from the pre-discount margin, and whatever discount the customer receives comes out of that pool. The discount can never exceed the commission available. In practice you are choosing how much of your own commission to hand to the customer, and you keep the rest.
Attribution, and a consent catch
The standard link window is 30 days, and the latest valid partner attribution inside it decides the sale. Depending on the model or contract the window can run from 14 to 60 days. A valid partner coupon normally takes precedence over a link, and a fresh scan of a system QR stand gets a limited 48 hour exception.
There is one catch that matters more here than in most programs. The terms state that no cookie or click reporting is stored without the required marketing consent. TvojeData operates under EU rules and shows a cookie banner, so a visitor who clicks "reject all" may not be attributed to you at all. That is the law working as intended, not a trick, but it means some genuine referrals will never appear in your dashboard. Discount codes are the partial answer, since a code entered at checkout does not depend on a consent click.
Getting paid, and the invoice requirement
Commission passes through a hold period so refunds and chargebacks can be settled first. TvojeData's team told us at submission that the standard hold is 14 days, while the published pages describe a hold period without stating its length. After it clears, the commission joins your available balance, and you can request a payout once you reach CZK 1,000 of available commission.
To be paid you need a complete invoicing and bank profile, verified payout details and a valid uploaded invoice. Payment is a bank transfer in CZK to a verified account, never store credit. New or higher-risk accounts may have a reserve held until the maturity requirements are met.
The invoice requirement is normal for Czech business payments, but it is the part most likely to trip up an individual creator, especially outside the EU. TvojeData itself says settlement currently runs in CZK and asks businesses outside Czechia to confirm the setup before launching. Do that first if you are not Czech.
What gets clawed back
A refund, chargeback, coupon misuse, self-referral, duplicate order, prohibited paid media overlap or breach of the terms triggers a clawback. The commission may be rejected, deducted from a later payout, or recorded as a negative balance. That last option is worth noticing: a refunded order can put you below zero rather than simply cancelling itself out.
The rules
- No brand bidding on TvojeData, the domain or misspellings of either without written approval.
- Paid media needs approval first. Google Ads, Sklik, Meta, TikTok, native ad networks, cashback services and coupon aggregators all require written sign-off before launch.
- No cookie stuffing, fake reviews or spam.
- Disclosure is required on every paid or rewarded recommendation, for example #ad or #sponsored.
- No unsupported claims. You may not promise the cheapest price, delivery within three minutes, anonymity or universal coverage on a specific network, or an official discount you cannot back with an approved coupon.
Creators should also note the content licence. Supplying content grants TvojeData a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it, your name and handle within the scope of the approved campaign. Using it in paid formats such as dark posts or Spark Ads needs separate written approval.
Terms that treat partners fairly
This section is short because the terms are unusually good. TvojeData commits to at least 15 days' notice by email and in the dashboard before changing its terms or standard commercial rules, and a material change requires you to accept the new version. If it restricts, suspends or ends your account, it gives reasons in writing along with a route to have the decision reviewed. Complaints are free, with a mediation option for unresolved business disputes. It also states that an affiliate link does not change how its own plans are ranked.
Most affiliate programs reserve the right to change everything at any time without notice. These terms read like they were written by someone who expected partners to read them.
Who this suits
Czech and Slovak travel creators and publishers are the obvious fit, followed by anyone writing about travel to Czechia or Central Europe, and above all hotels, hostels and tourist businesses that could use a QR stand or a branded childpanel. Registration activates immediately from a verified account with no business verification gate, so trying the link model costs nothing.
It suits you badly if you need large individual commissions, if you are outside the EU and cannot issue an invoice, or if your traffic is paid search that you cannot get approved in advance.
The honest read
Ungraded for now, since a Program Score follows a track record of cleared payments and this listing is new.
What is strong: exceptionally transparent terms that say exactly how commission is calculated, six models covering creators through to hotels and resellers, a real operating company with public registration details, instant activation, a clear payout minimum, and partner protections most programs never offer.
What to weigh: commission is a share of margin on small orders, so each sale is worth little and the program only pays at volume; consent rules mean some referrals will never attribute; payment needs an invoice and a bank account for CZK; the hold period length is not published; and a refund can leave you with a negative balance.
Our take: the best fit is a hotel, hostel or travel business with physical footfall, where a QR stand or childpanel turns guests who need data into revenue at 25% or 35% of margin. For a creator it works as a small, honest add-on to Central European travel content rather than a main income line. Either way, it is one of the most straightforwardly documented programs in the directory, and it describes its commission as a share of margin up front rather than leaving you to discover it after the first payout.
Common questions
How much does the TvojeData.cz affiliate program pay? 20% of the order's contribution margin for the standard link and widget, not 20% of what the customer pays. Discount codes earn 15%, QR stands 25%, and white label childpanels 35% of margin.
Is the commission recurring or lifetime? No. Commission is earned per qualifying order within the attribution window, and TvojeData states that an earlier visit does not create a lifetime claim on a customer's future purchases.
How long is the attribution window? 30 days for the standard link, and the latest valid attribution decides. Depending on the model or contract it can be 14 to 60 days. A valid coupon normally takes precedence.
What is the minimum payout? CZK 1,000 of available commission, paid by bank transfer in CZK after you upload a valid invoice.
Can I join from outside the Czech Republic? You can register, but settlement currently runs in CZK and requires an invoice, and TvojeData asks businesses outside Czechia to confirm the setup before launching. Check before you publish.
Can I run Google or Meta ads? Only with written approval before launch. Brand bidding on TvojeData is prohibited without approval.
Is there an entry fee? No. The link and widget models activate once you register from a verified account and accept the terms.
