Affiliate Programs That Pay Without PayPal (2026)
Most affiliate advice assumes you have a working PayPal account. Millions of people do not. If you live in Nigeria, Pakistan or Bangladesh, the payout method decides whether a program is worth anything to you before the commission rate even matters.
Plenty of programs pay without PayPal, and the big networks are the easiest place to find them. CJ Affiliate pays by direct deposit, Payoneer or check. ClickBank pays by direct deposit, wire, Payoneer or check. Awin pays by bank transfer. None of the three pays PayPal at all.
In our directory, 34 of the 59 programs that state a payout method offer a rail other than PayPal, while 15 pay by PayPal and nothing else. If PayPal does not work where you live, Payoneer is the single most useful account to open, because it receives from CJ and ClickBank and operates in Nigeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh and India.
Why the payout method comes first
Affiliates usually compare commissions for weeks and look at payout methods after they have joined. For anyone outside the handful of countries where PayPal works fully, that order is backwards. A 40% recurring commission paid only by PayPal is worth exactly nothing to a publisher in Lahore or Dhaka. The money is real only if it can reach you.
So start every program search with one question: how does this program pay, and does that method work where I live? Everything else, the rate, the cookie, the brand, comes after.
Where PayPal works, and where it does not
The four countries our readers ask about most sit in very different places. This is the practical picture in September 2026, with the options that actually work for receiving US dollar commissions.
| Country | PayPal for affiliates | What works instead | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nigeria | Long limited to sending; receiving and withdrawing are restricted | Payoneer, direct wire to a domiciliary account, local dollar accounts such as Grey or Raenest | Wise pays naira only from pounds |
| Pakistan | Not available | Payoneer, bank wire, Wise where offered | Pick programs that pay Payoneer or wire |
| Bangladesh | Not available | Payoneer, bank wire | Payoneer is the usual bridge to CJ and ClickBank |
| India | Receives international payments, withdraws to an Indian bank in rupees | PayPal, Payoneer, bank wire, Wise | Check the currency spread, not access |
Nigeria is the confusing one. PayPal's Nigerian site still invites you to open an account, which leads many people to assume they can be paid there. Nigerian accounts have long been limited to sending money, and receiving and withdrawing have been restricted. Wise re-enabled naira payouts only for pounds, so a US dollar commission cannot land in naira through it. Plan around Payoneer or a direct wire.
The networks that pay without PayPal
Networks are the efficient route, because one account opens every program on it and pays them all on the same rail. These are the payout terms of the five networks most affiliates use, as published by each network.
| Network | How it pays | Minimum | PayPal |
|---|---|---|---|
| CJ Affiliate | Direct deposit, Payoneer, check | $50 direct deposit or Payoneer, $100 check | No |
| ClickBank | Direct deposit, wire, Payoneer, check | Set in your account | No |
| Awin | Bank transfer | Per program and currency | No |
| Impact | Bank transfer in 70+ currencies, PayPal | $10 | Optional |
| PartnerStack | PayPal or Stripe | $25 | Optional |
The pattern is clear. CJ, ClickBank and Awin carry some of the largest merchant catalogues in affiliate marketing, and none of them pays PayPal. Payoneer bridges two of them, CJ and ClickBank, which is why it matters so much for affiliates in countries PayPal does not serve. Impact is the most flexible of the five, paying bank transfers in more than 70 currencies from a $10 minimum.

These programs state at least one payout method other than PayPal. The list is read from the directory every time this page is built, so it updates as programs change their terms. Always confirm the method for your own country on the program's terms page before building content around it.

The payout rails, by the numbers
Across the 59 programs in our directory that state how they pay, this is how often each rail appears. A program can offer more than one, so the shares add up to more than 100%.
| Payout rail | Programs | Share |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | 40 | 68% |
| Bank transfer, wire or direct deposit | 21 | 36% |
| Wise | 7 | 12% |
| Payoneer | 4 | 7% |
| Crypto or USDT | 2 | 3% |
| PayPal and nothing else | 15 | 25% |
PayPal is still the most common single rail, which is why so much advice assumes it. But bank transfer is close behind, and most programs that name a payout method offer something other than PayPal. The group to avoid, if PayPal does not work for you, is the one at the bottom of the table.
How to build a payout setup that works anywhere
- Open Payoneer first. It receives from CJ and ClickBank, operates in all four countries above, and can hold US dollars until you convert. Verify it before you need it.
- Join one network that pays your rail. CJ for breadth with Payoneer, Impact if you want bank transfers in your own currency.
- Filter programs by payout method before rate. Skip anything that pays PayPal only, however good the commission looks.
- Watch the conversion, not just the fee. The rate you get when dollars become naira, rupees or taka often costs more than any payout fee. Convert deliberately, not automatically on arrival.
- Keep your records. Save every payout statement. Banks in all four countries can ask where foreign money came from, and a clean record makes that a short conversation.
You do not need PayPal to earn from affiliate marketing. CJ, ClickBank and Awin never pay it, and most programs that state a payout method offer another rail. What you need is one account that works where you live, and for most affiliates in Nigeria, Pakistan and Bangladesh that account is Payoneer.
Choose programs by how they pay first and what they pay second, and your commissions will actually arrive.
